How do I subscribe?

To subscribe to the Custom plan, you need to fill out the form and send in your request at the following link: https://www.pack.ly/en/packaging-design-subscription-plan/custom-plan

How do I know which threshold I belong to?

The threshold you reach is always the one within the range established in the table on this page.

How do I calculate the amounts for the Buyer Program?

Exceed a spending threshold on a quarterly basis to redeem a coupon. To calculate the value of your coupon, just apply the percentage of the threshold you belong to, to the amount spent.

How long do I have to use the coupon?

The coupon is valid for 3 months, starting from the date of issue.

Can the coupon be spent on multiple orders?

Yes, the coupon can be spent on multiple orders, but always within the 3 months following its date of issue. The total amount will be deducted from the next order’s amount and the remaining value can be spent on another order.

How does the division into quarters work?

The calculation of the quarter starts from the date of subscription. In the first quarter purchases are made to reach the desired threshold. Subsequently, in the second quarter, you can start to use the redeemed coupon and, at the same time, make purchases to use it on other orders.

How do I calculate the value of a threshold for a quarter if I've used a coupon?

To calculate the value of the threshold in a quarter where you’ve used a coupon, you need to subtract the value of the coupon used from the total of the orders made in that quarter.

Does the Buyer Program end when the subscription expires?

Yes. You can access the Buyer Program only if you have an active Custom plan, therefore upon renewal of the subscription.
