Shipping boxes
Rollover hinged lid boxes, practical to close and open, are designed to make both shipping and, when needed, returns easier. They are the ideal solution for e-commerce when you need sturdy packaging, a secure closure and an opening that’s easy for the recipient. This way, the parcel delivered to the customer also becomes part of your brand’s communication.
Mailer envelope
Mailer envelopes are useful solutions for both shipping and returns, just like rollover hinged lid boxes. They are available in both flat and capacitive versions: for thin products such as documents or clothing, choose the flat envelope, while for bulkier products the capacitive envelope is a better fit.
Double-sided adhesive and tear-open opening
On both models, the rollover hinged lid box and the mailer envelope, you’ll find double-sided adhesive and a tear-open opening: a built-in adhesive strip that lets you close the parcel without external tape, and open it simply by pulling a tab.
Alternatively, you can choose double adhesive strips, still with tear-open opening: in addition to the strip for shipping, the box and the envelope have a second adhesive strip dedicated to returns. This way, whoever receives the parcel can reseal it cleanly and quickly, without needing to find adhesive tape.
Where the adhesive strip is located
On the rollover hinged lid box, the position of the strip (or strips) changes slightly depending on the height chosen: on taller formats it’s on the side of the box, while on shorter ones it moves to the bottom.
Materials, printing and available combinations
On the E-flute Kraft + white SBS version, printing always takes place on a white SBS sheet. So, if you choose internal printing, the kraft side will be visible on the outside, and vice versa.
Mailer envelopes are available in all the materials offered on Packly, except for the moisture-resistant one.
For the flat mailer envelope, E-flute is available, while for the gusseted one it is not.
