All content on this website, including texts, photographs, images, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, software, dielines generated by the platform and the structure of the website, is the exclusive property of Packly Pringraf S.r.l. or its licensors. It is protected by Italian Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941 on copyright and by Legislative Decree No. 30 of 10 February 2005 (Italian Industrial Property Code).
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form and by any means, as well as any copying, modification, publication or distribution of such content without the prior written consent of Packly Pringraf S.r.l. is prohibited. Only personal use and consultation are permitted.
Trademarks
The Packly logo, “BoxFinder” and “Design. Preview. Print.” are registered trademarks of Packly Pringraf S.r.l. Any unauthorised use of these signs, or of similar signs likely to cause confusion, is prohibited.
Software
The software behind the Packly platform, including the configurator, the online quote, the dieline generator and the 3D preview, is registered with the SIAE Special Public Register for Computer Programs (registration no. D000027343 of 3 December 2025). The registration certifies ownership of the rights and the date of the software.
Artificial intelligence
Pursuant to Article 70-quater of Italian Law No. 633/1941 and Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790, Packly Pringraf S.r.l. expressly reserves all rights to text and data mining of the content of this website, including its use for training artificial intelligence systems. Using artificial intelligence tools to reproduce, rework or paraphrase the content of this website without written consent is also prohibited.
