Manufacturing time
When placing your order, you can choose the working days by selecting one of the three available priorities:
- Standard: from 8 working days
- Fast: from 5 working days
- Special: from 2 working days
These are minimum times: they vary dynamically depending on the quantity, material and finishes selected, so the actual number of days is calculated and shown directly when you place your order.
The shipping date shown is indicative. It varies depending on the date the payment is actually received and, for printed items, also on the successful outcome of the file check. If you choose bank transfer, receipt of payment may take more working days than with immediate payment.
When does the working-day count start?
For printed items, the working-day count starts from the technical validation of the artwork file. The technical check is carried out only after the payment has actually been received.
If the file contains errors, you will receive an email with instructions for correcting it: the working days will restart from the receipt of the corrected file, and the shipping date may shift accordingly.
For non-printed items, the count starts instead directly from the payment: it is immediate with instantly credited methods, while with a bank transfer the working days are counted only from the moment the amount is actually received.
Cutoff time
Packly’s working day ends at 5pm (CET/CEST, Italian time). To determine whether an order falls within the current day, what counts is the moment the file is uploaded and confirmed by the customer, not the moment it is validated by our team.
If you upload and confirm the file by 5pm, the working days start from that day even if the technical validation takes place later. If you upload and confirm the file after 5pm, the count starts from the next working day.
